Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week

  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM
  • Monday: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Weekend work required
• No on-call duties
• No floating between units or facilities
• Facility type: Tertiary hospital with 234 staffed beds
• Charting system: Epic
• Parking: Free
• Scrub color: Black/Teal
• Local candidates not accepted (60-mile radius)
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Hurricane season (June–November) may require emergency response team participation

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in South Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA or ARC only
  • ARRT (CT)
  • SCRQSA (CT)

Orientation and Facility Requirements

• Completion of orientation modules (approx. 4 hours) prior to start; failure to complete results in being sent home
• Submission of a clear, passport-style photo for badge
• Signed agreements prior to start:

  • Assignment acknowledgment
  • Code of conduct
  • Employee confidentiality agreement
  • Systems user agreement
  • HIPAA confidentiality agreement
• User access request and employee information forms completed before start
• Facility-specific COVID exemption form required if requesting religious exemption
• Radiation badge process must be initiated before start; badge delivery may take 5-7 days
• Facility uses a platform for uploading vaccination and flu documentation

• Approval for block scheduling can be requested but is not guaranteed
• All required documents and certifications must be current and not expiring within 30 days of start
