- Days: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends
- 40 hours per week
Job Description
- Provide rehabilitation therapy to patients with injuries or conditions causing decline in self-care, physical mobility, or functional independence
- Services include hand therapy, upper extremity splinting, wheelchair assessment, home safety assessment, cognitive therapy, neurological therapy, and oncology rehabilitation
- Manage patient care from initial evaluation through discharge
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Therapist-driven treatment times
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
