Description
Job Opportunity: CT Tech
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
- Caseload: Approximately 100 patients per day including inpatient, outpatient, neuro, full body, cancer, stroke, and lung screening cases
- Equipment: Experience with GE and Siemens Force scanners required
- Work Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Community Hospital, Adult ICU
- Floating: May float within scope to sister facilities as needed
- Weekend Work: Required as needed
- On-call: Elective only
- Block Schedule: Not accommodated
- Locals Accepted: Yes
- Return to Office Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT certification required
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC, RQI acceptable; certificate of completion not accepted)
- Experience in an inpatient setting
- Experience with PACS and Epic systems required
- Experience with GE Healthcare equipment required
Additional Requirements
- Must complete assigned pre-orientation online modules within 72 hours of receiving login (3-9 hours depending on specialty)
- Medication and competency exams required
- Skills checklist required annually
- Must adhere to facility uniform guidelines (solid gray scrubs)
- Parking available at a flat rate

Notes
- Candidate may have up to 3 shifts canceled without penalty
- Drug testing not required for client clearance but must be within 1 year if completed
- References not required for client clearance but required for Per Diem candidates
- Prior travel experience is not required for this position
This opportunity is ideal for CT Technologists with at least 1 year of experience seeking a travel contract in a high-volume, acute care setting with advanced imaging technology.
