Audiologist Travel/Contract Position

Location: Laurinburg, North Carolina
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (36 hours/week)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

• Work in an established ENT/Allergy/Audiology practice
• Patient volume: Approximately 10-12 patients per day
• Patient population: Primarily adults, some pediatrics (6 months and older)
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other clinicians

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiology evaluations
• Manage hearing aid services including selection, fitting, and follow-up care
• Conduct Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) on infants and toddlers
• Provide care across a range of patient ages, with a primary focus on adults

Required Qualifications

• Valid Audiologist license in North Carolina
• Doctoral degree in Audiology
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Audiologist, with experience within the last year

Additional Notes

• Orientation packets and facility-specific documents must be completed and brought to orientation
• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests required as applicable and must be updated annually
• Performance evaluations required if previously worked with the employer for over one year
• Locals may be considered with adjusted pay (not included here)

This position offers a focused audiology role in a multidisciplinary ENT/allergy setting with a consistent weekday schedule and a defined contract length.
