GI Lab Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position

Location: Latrobe, Pennsylvania
Shift: Day shift (5 days a week, 8 hours per day, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of endoscopy experience, including experience within the last year
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification or training

Additional Information

• Facility will provide first week’s schedule and direct contact within 48 hours of start date
• Fingerprinting results must be tracked and submitted as per Pennsylvania Department of Human Services guidelines
• All required documentation and certifications must be uploaded and verified prior to start

Summary

This is a 13-week travel Registered Nurse position in a GI Lab setting requiring at least 2 years of RN experience. The role involves day shifts with a rotating call schedule every sixth weekend and some weekday call. Candidates must meet comprehensive licensing, certification, immunization, background check, and competency requirements prior to starting.
