Schedule

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Shift times: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Day) and 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Evening)
• Every other weekend required

Patient Ratio

• 1 nurse to 4 patients

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Missouri
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association, NIHSS, PALS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association, SAFE

Facility Requirements

• Locals not allowed
• Must comply with a 60-mile radius restriction (no exceptions)
• First-time travelers accepted (subject to department review of experience and qualifications)
• Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried during work hours
• Proof of E-Verify or attestation required
• Background check: 7-year criminal history, sex offender registry, and other screenings updated annually
• Physical exam and health screenings required, including TB test, immunizations (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella), drug screening, flu vaccine (seasonal), and COVID vaccine or approved exemption
• NURSYS verification required for RN license
• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Skills checklist and competency exams required, including medication and EKG testing
