Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position

Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel/contract assignment on a night shift in a medical-surgical/telemetry unit.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing, with experience within the last year
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Knowledge and proficiency in NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or state ID) must be carried on assignment.
• Candidates may start with fingerprinting results pending if fingerprinting is completed prior to start.
• Candidates with name changes must have consistent legal names across all documents.
• Physical accommodations available for latex allergies; notification required to ensure latex-free supplies.
• Candidates must comply with facility-specific policies regarding documentation and onboarding.

Work Environment

• Night shift on a medical-surgical/telemetry unit.
• 36 hours per week, typically 3 shifts of 12 hours each.
