Cath Lab Tech - Travel/Contract

Schedule & Work Details

• Work schedule: 6 weeks of 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM), followed by 1 week of 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), then back to 4x10-hour days.
• Weekend work included in call requirements.
• Call requirement: 12-14 days per 6-week period, including 1-2 weekends per 6 weeks. Must remain within 30 minutes of the facility while on call.
• Floating within the facility as needed, within scope of practice.
• Holidays: If 1 major holiday falls during assignment, traveler expected to work it; if 2 holidays, work both; if 3 holidays, work 2 of them. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day.
• Return to Office (RTO) maximum: 7 days.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Must have Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year.

Compliance & Onboarding

• Full compliance with all documentation and credentialing required to start on time; delays in compliance may result in a 2-week start delay due to orientation scheduling.
• Background check required within 30 days of start, including national and county criminal searches, sex offender registry, FACIS 3, and education verification. Cannot start with background pending.
• Education verification required; diplomas/transcripts acceptable if degree verification is pending.
• Two clinical references required.
• Verification of most recent work history required; can be pending at start with proof it is in process.
• Candidate must review and sign facility Code of Conduct and Dress/Professional Appearance policies prior to start.

Additional Notes

• Orientation hours vary based on contract length (e.g., 8 hours for 8-week assignment).
• Locals accepted at the same rate as travelers.
• Clinical screening will be conducted to determine fit before final manager approval.
