Night shift, 3 shifts per week
12 hours per shift (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Total 36 hours per week

Job Description

Provide direct patient care on nursing units including ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psychiatry, and inpatient rehab units.
Float position with preference for critical care experience.
Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Collaborate with healthcare team to promote evidence-based care and a healing culture.
Provide leadership within the nursing team.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arkansas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience within the last year
Acute care experience
Stepdown experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
