Shift Details
- Day shift, 3 shifts per week
- 12 hours per shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Total 36 hours per week
Job Description
- Requires 2 years of Registered Nurse experience (higher experience requirement applies)
- Previous travel experience strongly preferred
- Float position supporting multiple units including:
- ER hold
- Overflow units
- Adult and geriatric psychiatric units
- Inpatient rehab units
- Provide direct patient care and leadership within the nursing team
- Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare team to promote evidence-based care and a healing culture
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arkansas
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum 1 year of telemetry experience within the last year
- Acute care experience
- Stepdown experience
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
