Job Opportunity: Acute Care Float Nurse

Night shift, 4 shifts per week
12 hours per shift (48 hours per week)
Will consider 36 or 48 hours per week

Job Description

Provide direct patient care on nursing units and offer leadership within the nursing team.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care and a healing culture.
Float between ER hold, overflow units, adult and geriatric psychiatric, and inpatient rehab units.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arkansas.
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
Minimum 2 years of float nursing experience, including float experience within the last year.
Stepdown experience.
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
