Location
- Lansing, Michigan

- Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- Shift options:
- Day: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- 2-3 weekends required per month
- Floating between hospital and outpatient center; majority of hours at outpatient facility

- Adults, Geriatrics, Neonates, Pediatrics, Infants, Adolescents

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT certification with CT endorsement
- Experience in an inpatient setting
Required Work Setting Experience
- Inpatient
- Emergency Room (ER)
- Level 1 Trauma
- Adult ICU
- IV and Contrast experience
Required Certifications & Continuing Education
- ARRT CT endorsement (must maintain 2 active CT-specific CE credits as required by Michigan)
- Current Michigan state license verification within 30 days of start
Background & Compliance Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License/State ID and Social Security Card required
- E-Verify compliance required
- Background check within 30 days of assignment start, including:
- 7-year Social Security Number Trace
- National Criminal History Search (7 years)
- National Sex Offender Database Search
- FACIS Level 3 Search
- Education verification
- EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start
- High school diploma/GED verification required (except for RNs)
- Drug screen (10-panel with THC) within 30 days of start; medical marijuana cards or dilute screens not accepted
- Physical exam within 12 months of start (must note latex sensitivity)
- N95 Fit Test within 12 months of start, updated annually
- Immunizations/vaccinations required or documented immunity:
- Tdap within 10 years or declination
- Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year, plus annual TB questionnaire
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (2 MMR vaccines or immunity titers)
- Hepatitis B (vaccination series, positive titer, or declination)
- Varicella (2 vaccines or immunity titers)
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination required during flu season (Oct 1 – Mar 31)
- Facility-specific modules and safety manual acknowledgment required prior to start
- References: 2 from previous employers
- Resume with 7-year work history required
- Skills checklist and competency exams as applicable
Additional Notes
- Michigan Workforce Fingerprinting required only for select locations (not applicable here)
- Orientation includes completion of facility-specific modules
- No pending state license accepted; must have current Michigan license before start
This position is ideal for experienced CT Technologists with prior travel contract experience seeking a 13-week assignment in a Level I Trauma and Stroke Center environment with a mix of inpatient and outpatient work.
