Description

CT Tech - Radiology

Location: Ada, Oklahoma
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Shift: Days, 4x10 hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed weekly)
Weekend Hours: As required by facility
Call Requirements: As required by facility
Patient Ratio: 1:1
Equipment Used: GE CT scanner
EMR System: EPIC

Responsibilities

Perform CT examinations under the supervision of the Radiology Leader.
Conduct a variety of CT procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative.
Apply prescribed ionizing radiation safely to obtain CT images.
Adhere to radiation safety protocols and MRI safety training for non-MRI personnel.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, with experience within the last year.
ARRT certification required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience specifically in CT imaging.

Work Environment & Culture

Dress code: Black scrubs.
Personality fit: Compassionate and independent worker.

Additional Information

Float and weekend requirements as per facility needs.
