Description
Job Opportunity: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
Location
- La Porte, Indiana

Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Approximately 10 call days per month (24-hour call shifts)
Unit Details
- 2 Cath Procedure Rooms and 1 EP Procedure Room
- Patient ratio during cath cases: 1 RN, 1 Tech, and 1 RN/Tech float
- Scrub color: Blue procedural scrubs provided
Role Description
- Fast-paced environment with procedure room experience
- Focus on optimizing post-surgical patient care
- Established order sets and protocols

Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Indiana
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT certification
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
Additional Information
- EMR system: Cerner preferred but not required
- No floating to other units required
- Block scheduling not an option
- Two-week cancellation notice with no penalty
- No call for floating; call shifts are separate and scheduled as noted
