Description

Interventional Radiology Travel/Contract Position

Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Contract Length: 13 weeks


Job Details

  • Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
  • Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (6:50 AM – 5:20 PM)
  • Call: None
  • Float: None
  • Scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year
  • Certifications:
    • ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist)
    • BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA only, no certificates of completion accepted
  • Skills/Competencies:
    • Fluoroscopy

Additional Requirements

  • Completion of facility-specific orientation paperwork within 3 weeks of start date is mandatory
  • Pass/fail competency testing (EKG/medication) required for certain units; study materials provided prior to start
  • Advanced certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP required as applicable (AHA only, no certificates of completion accepted)
  • State license verification and NURSYS verification required for Radiologic Technologists
  • Facility-specific confidentiality, code of conduct, conflict of interest, sexual harassment, and misconduct policy attestations must be reviewed and signed prior to start
  • ID management system onboarding with multiple forms of ID upload required before starting assignment

  • First-time travelers accepted
  • No prior travel experience required
  • No call or float responsibilities
  • Documentation system used: MiChart (EPIC)

This position is ideal for Radiologic Technologists with at least 2 years of specialty experience seeking a travel contract in a high-acuity interventional radiology setting with day shifts and no call.
