ICU Registered Nurse Travel/Contract Position
Location: Saratoga Springs, New York
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Night (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Provide nursing care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Float within skill set at manager’s discretion
- Patient ratio approximately 1:2-3
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Minimum 3 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Ability to accurately read cardiac rhythms
- Experience with Epic electronic charting system
