Job Description

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting.
• Work schedule totals 22.5 billable hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in hand at time of application.
• Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification required and must be active by the start date.
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC) required.
• Educational Services State Teaching Certificate or appropriate credential as required by Colorado regulations.
• Completion of Mandatory Reporter training specific to Colorado Educational Services.
• Fingerprinting through Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI/FBI) required; fingerprinting will be handled by the staffing agency.
• Colorado CAPS Release Authorization form must be completed prior to background checks.
• Temporary Educator Eligibility (TEE) or Special Services Provider (SSP) license may be required if applicable.
• Background checks including criminal history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, and HHS/OIG within 1 year of start date and updated annually.
