Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)
Location: Portland, Oregon
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Position may float between units based on needs and skill set.
- Floating may include multiple facilities within reasonable distance.
- Floating to certain locations may include additional incentives and accommodations.
- Weekend work required every other weekend.
- No on-call required.
- No block schedules required.
- Patient ratio approximately 1:20.
- Must have a vehicle for assignment.
- Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
- Facility type: Short Term Acute Care with 418 staffed beds.
- Charting system: Epic.
- Parking: No fee.
- Scrub color: Any color allowed except specific units (OR/L&D provided; Micro Bio Tech business appropriate street clothes with lab coat; MLT any color or business casual).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
- Minimum of 1 year of Case Management experience, with experience within the last year.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
