Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab (Travel)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM plus mandatory call (10-15 days per month, including weekends and holidays)

Job Description

• Administer moderate sedation per provider orders.
• Prepare and recover patients as needed.
• Monitor patient vital signs, hemodynamic data, and sedation levels closely.
• Provide patient-centered care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Coordinate and deliver high-quality care following organizational policies and protocols.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, document findings accurately, and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Monitor and operate medical equipment such as IV pumps, monitors, and ventilators as needed for patient safety.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification

Additional Information

• Call responsibility is mandatory and can vary between 10 to 15 days per month, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
