  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Weekend Policy: No weekends required
• Patient Age Range: 0-21 years

Required Qualifications

• Valid Pediatric Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of Pediatric Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Time Off Policy

• Any requested time off must be submitted with the application and approved before the offer is made

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License/State ID) required within 48 hours of signing
• Criminal Background Check within 30 days of start, including alias and multi-level searches
• E-Verify clearance required
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray as per facility requirements
• Physical exam within the last 12 months confirming ability to perform essential job functions and free of communicable disease
• Drug screening within 30 days of start (10-panel urine drug screen)
• Influenza vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required annually
• Fit test and Respiratory Medical Clearance required prior to start (on-site fit testing mandatory)
• Color blindness exam if job tasks require color discrimination
• Latex allergy questionnaire if applicable
• Employment application or resume with 7 years of work history
• Two professional references within the last 2 years (one managerial)
• Work history verification for at least 1 year prior to start date (New Jersey state requirement)
• Skills checklist updated annually

Competency & Testing Requirements

• Pass/Fail testing for medication and EKG competency as applicable
• Completion of required competency exams within 72 hours of signing contract
• Failure to pass after 3 attempts results in cancellation

• Scrub color: Any color scrubs allowed
• Candidates must bring all required documentation to orientation
• Facility requires completion of annual education sign-off and safety manual acknowledgement prior to start
• Candidates switching between sites with less than 30-day gap may have some documentation accepted from previous assignment
