Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel/Contract)
Location: New Orleans, Louisiana

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing the contract.
- Work schedule options:
- 7 days on / 7 days off
- Night shifts: either 4x10-hour shifts (21:30 - 08:00) or 3x12-hour shifts (19:30 - 08:00)
- Experience required in Emergency Department (ED), inpatient, and outpatient settings.
- Candidate expected to float between ED, main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinics.
- Must be comfortable being assigned to an "Emergency Team" during emergency events, which may require staying at the facility until the event passes or serving on a relief team.
- Must work holidays if scheduled.
- Epic and GE system experience required.
- Unit does not accept first-time travelers.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Louisiana
- ARRT (CT) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Completion of at least one travel assignment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
- Experience with GE Healthcare imaging systems
