- Float: Yes (to PCU, other ICUs, and SRC campus as needed)

Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut
- Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

- Candidate must have valid photo ID matching legal name on first day
- Facility parking cost: $125/month
- Prior travel experience: Not required; first-time travelers accepted
- Float assignments may include Progressive Care Unit (PCU), other ICUs, and SRC campus
- No on-call required
- Employment application must include 7-year work history with no gaps over 90 days
- Attestation of prior radiation exposure required if applicable to certain units (not ICU)
Summary
This is a night shift ICU travel nurse position in Connecticut requiring a minimum of 2 years ICU experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and multiple facility-specific trainings and health documentation. The role involves a 4x12 schedule with a 1:3 patient ratio and floating to other units as needed. First-time travel nurses are welcome.
