CT Tech Travel Opportunity - New Mexico

Job Details

Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7 PM - 7 AM)
Call Requirement: After hours and weekend rotation required
Work Hours: 48 hours per week
Patient Ratio: 1:1
EMR System: MedHost
Floating: Not required
Return to Office (RTO) Maximum: 3 days

Job Description

Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.
Provide timely diagnostic services to inpatients and outpatients under Radiologist direction and departmental protocols.
Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
Conduct daily equipment quality control (QC).
Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy is required.

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in New Mexico
Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
