Assignment Details

• Employment Type: Travel/Contract
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Weekend shifts required
• On-call required
• Guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks; may be called off for 1 shift per 2-week period
• Floating required between Emergency Room (ER) and Main CT units
• Start Date: ASAP
• Local candidates not accepted

• Includes Outpatient (OP), Interventional Radiology (IR), Emergency Room (ER), and Inpatient (IP) services
• Total staffed beds: 571 (across campuses)
• Charting system: EPIC
• Parking cost: Paid by facility
• Scrub color: Any except reddish orange

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Efficient experience with Stroke Protocol
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ARRT-CT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Computed Tomography)
  • ARRT-R (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures
• Float between ER and Main CT units as needed
• Participate in weekend shifts and be available for on-call duties

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Social Security Card (as applicable)
• Background Check within 90 days of start covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; must be updated annually
• E-Verify attestation required
• Education Verification (degree/diploma/transcript as applicable)
• References: Minimum 2 references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Employment Application covering at least last 5 years of employment
• Physical Exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO, indicating fitness to work
• Drug Testing: 9-panel drug screen within 12 months of start (instant tests acceptable)
• Immunizations and Health Requirements:

  • TDAP vaccine within 10 years or signed declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer, or signed declination
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer, or signed declination
  • Seasonal Flu vaccine during flu season or signed declination
  • COVID vaccination record preferred; declinations accepted
• Respiratory Safety Clearance required annually for respirator use (travel only)
• Fit Mask test required for travel candidates (not required for sterile processing techs)
• Photo for badge (passport style with neutral background)

Training & Competency Requirements

• Annual completion of regulatory and specialty-specific training modules via LMS (Workramp)
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam as applicable
• Competency exams as required by specialty
• Color Blind Testing if specifically requested
• Stroke certification (NIH Stroke Certification) as applicable
• Epic training modules completion required

• Floating policy acknowledgment required; may be required to float to other nearby facilities
• Radiation badge issued by facility (not candidate responsibility)
