Location: Charleston, South Carolina

Job Description
- Work in Vascular Operating Room as a Registered Nurse
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM), Monday through Friday (36 hours/week)
- On-call required: 6-8 calls per month, including weekends
- Holiday call may be required
- Must be able to scrub and circulate complex vascular cases
- Common procedures include: Endovascular, TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, Thrombectomy, Amputation, Carotid, AV Fistula, and others
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience, with CVOR experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Additional Requirements & Information
- Local radius rule: 60 miles
- Locals may be accepted on a case-by-case basis
- Facility may call off traveler for 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period)
- Background check required within 1 year, including multiple searches (SSN trace, criminal, sex offender, national, etc.)
- Education verification required; diploma or transcripts may be accepted as placeholder
- Employment history verification of last 3 clinical employers required
- Annual TB questionnaire required
- Physical exam attesting ability to meet job demands required, updated annually
- Radiation badge process may take 5-7 days; candidates cannot start without it
- Flu vaccine required during flu season (Aug 1 – Mar 31); medical/religious exemptions accepted but no declinations
- Must complete all required facility-specific modules and upload vaccination records into the facility system before orientation
- Hurricane season (June-November) may require assignment to emergency response teams

Shift Details
- Day shift: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- 3 shifts per week, totaling 36 hours
This position is ideal for experienced vascular OR RNs who meet the licensure and certification requirements and are comfortable with on-call and holiday responsibilities.
