Job Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Flagstaff, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)
- Shift: Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36 hours guaranteed
- Patient Ratios: 1:1
- Weekend Requirement: As needed, usually every 3rd weekend
- On-Call: None
- Floating: Not required
- Blocked Scheduling: Not guaranteed but unit will try to accommodate
- Locals Accepted: Yes
- Return to Office (RTO) Restrictions: Unit manager approval required
- Facility Type: Short Term Acute Care, Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Hospital
- Total Staffed Beds: 268
- Charting System: Cerner
- Scrubs: Provided for OR RNs
- Parking: Free

Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification
- Experience working with Level I Trauma patients
