CT Technologist Position - Baker City, Oregon

Job Details

• Position: CT Technologist
• Location: Baker City, Oregon
• Shift: Day shift, 07:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ARRT (CT) certification

Onboarding and Compliance Requirements

• License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start.
• Signed professional and compliance forms including:

  • Code of Conduct
  • Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
  • Integrity and Audit Services Form
  • Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Background checks:

  • Federal, nationwide, and county criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
  • Exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG, NSO) dated within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma.
• System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
• Skills checklist provided and completed by agency prior to start.
• Trinity Joint Commission CORE exam within the past year.

Additional Notes

• All required documents must be scanned and uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
• Candidates must ensure all verifications and screenings are current and meet the specified timelines.

This position is suitable for CT Technologists with current licensure and certifications, who are able to comply with comprehensive onboarding and health requirements, and are available for a 13-week day shift assignment in Baker City, Oregon.
