Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

Location: Seattle, Washington
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work at a specialty hospital focused on neuro and cardiac patient care coordination.
The hospital is a comprehensive stroke center.
Role involves inpatient/acute care and case management.
Must have prior hospital experience.
Floating to other nearby campuses may be required if census is low.
Weekend coverage required: minimum 2 weekend days per month (typically 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, not the same weekend).
Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington state.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum 1 year of case management experience, including acute hospital case management within the last year.
Experience in inpatient and acute care settings.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
Experience with Epic electronic health record system.
