Cath Lab Tech Travel/Contract Position

Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in North Carolina
Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year

Onboarding and Facility Requirements

Candidate must complete and sign multiple facility-specific documents prior to start, including but not limited to:
- Confidentiality and Information Agreement
- Patient Identification Agreement
- Conflict of Interest Questionnaire
- Professional Appearance Acknowledgment
- Computer Use Acknowledgement
- Emergency Contact Form
- Agency Personnel Form
- Job Description acknowledgment for Cath Lab Tech
- Flu Acknowledgement and Flu Exemption forms if applicable
- TB Screening form (annual)
- Parking Registration (if driving to work)
Photo for badge required immediately after acceptance (passport-style, professional, no large earrings, face piercings, unnatural hair colors, or head coverings unless for religious reasons)
Orientation typically on Monday, majority of the day
Modules must be completed by Monday prior to start via facility system (Workday)

Additional Notes

Candidates must pass all required competency exams with a minimum score of 80%; up to 3 attempts allowed with remediation required after the first failed attempt
Background check convictions within the last year or open/active cases will result in cancellation
Flu vaccine deadline for assignment: November 10, 2025
Facility uses Epic for charting and requires adherence to scrub color policy (royal blue and white)
