Cath Lab RN - Contract Opportunity

Location: York, Maine
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Full-time Contract
Shift: Days, 6:30 am – 5:00 pm (4 shifts of 10 hours) + on-call
Hours per Week: 40 hours


Job Description

  • Full-time Cath Lab RN position with emphasis on Cath Lab duties.
  • Must be able to flex into Interventional Radiology (IR) role; experience in IR, including circulating and pre/post care, is mandatory.
  • Required experience with TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography) and cardioversion procedures.
  • On-call availability required; must live within 20-30 minutes of the facility for call coverage.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Maine
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience in TEE (transesophageal echocardiography) procedures
  • Experience in cardioversion procedures
  • Interventional Radiology experience

Additional Information

  • Strict adherence to timecard submission rules is required; improper timecards will be rejected.
  • Location offers a picturesque setting in York, Maine.

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
