Job Opportunity: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: St Johnsbury, Vermont
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend shifts
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

Provide a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages in a home health setting.
Responsibilities include admission, evaluation, and care plan development.
Collaborate with a team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals.
Aim to deliver the highest level of coordinated care for clients in the local counties.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Vermont
Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience within the last year
BLS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
