OR RN - Scrub/Circulator (Contract)

Location: Calais, Maine
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide safe, effective, and quality patient- and family-centered care during the perioperative period.
Perform roles including scrubbing, circulating, and working in the recovery room as needed.
Communicate effectively with the perioperative team.
Maintain confidentiality and support organizational mission and values.
Work schedule: Monday through Thursday, full-time (40 hours per week), day shift.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year.
Perioperative nursing experience.
Medical-surgical nursing experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
