Location

Contract Details
- Length: 13 weeks
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Shift Hours: 10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30) and 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30)
- No holiday shifts required
Required Certifications and Licenses
- Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New York, with verification dated within 30 days of start
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Experience
- Specialty: Endoscopy nursing
- Minimum years of experience: Not explicitly stated; assume standard RN experience for specialty
Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Experience with EPIC system required
Required Health and Compliance Credentials (must be current and uploaded before start)
- COVID-19 vaccine proof including booster (or approved exemption/declination letter where allowed)
- MMR vaccination proof or immunity titer
- Fit test for N95 or equivalent mask
- Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date (titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine (optional)
- Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test; if positive, chest x-ray within last year or 5 years depending on region
- Varicella vaccination proof or immunity titer
- Physical/Health statement confirming fitness to work (exam within last year)
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
Professional and Background Requirements
- Resume and skills checklist within the past year
- Two professional references
- Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, and integrity/audit forms
- Criminal background check covering last 7 years, including SSN verification
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma/GED
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks dated within 30 days
- National Sex Offender Registry check dated within 30 days
- System access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- Standard I-9 verification completed by agency
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
- Minimum of 1 year of endoscopy nursing experience, with experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
