Description
CT Tech - Travel/Contract
Location: Elkhart, Kansas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary
- Perform Radiography and Computed Tomography (CT) procedures.
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts).
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weekends.
- Start date: ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Kansas.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT.
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year.
Certifications (Preferred/Additional)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - AHA provider/instructor/RQI acceptable.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - AHA provider/instructor/RQI acceptable.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) as required.
Health and Compliance Requirements
- Physical exam or statement of good health from a physician within 6 months prior to start.
- Respirator Fit Test (N95) within 1 year of start.
- Immunizations/vaccinations:
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years.
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella: 2 vaccines or positive titer (exempt if born before 1957).
- Hepatitis B series, titer, or declination accepted.
- Varicella: 2 vaccines, titer, or history of chickenpox.
- Negative TB test (PPD, Q Gold, or TSpot) within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years if positive PPD.
- Negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start.
- Seasonal flu vaccination required during flu season (10/1 - 3/31) or approved declination with mask requirement.
- COVID vaccine or approved declination required.
Additional Requirements
- Completion and signing of facility-specific documents including confidentiality, personnel policies, bioterrorism preparedness, PPE and mask policy, and others as part of onboarding.
- Competency exams and medication/pharmacology tests as applicable to the specialty.
Notes

- Telemetry (Tele) is not applicable to this role.
- Weekend coverage is on-call only, not scheduled shifts.
