Job Opportunity: CT Tech
Location: Florence, South Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Details
- Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
- Shift: Day shift, 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Weekend Requirement: No
- On-call Requirement: No
- Floating: No floating between units or facilities required
- Locals Accepted: No
- Local Radius: 60 miles
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Facility Type: Tertiary hospital with 234 staffed beds

Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in South Carolina
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, including experience within the last year
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT (CT) certification
- SCRQSA (CT) certification
Facility-Specific Requirements
- Completion of orientation modules prior to start (approx. 4 hours)
- Clear, passport-style photo for badge
- Signed agreements prior to start: Assignment Acknowledgment, Code of Conduct, Employee Confidentiality, HIPAA Confidentiality, Systems User Agreement, User Access Request
- Radiation Badge Attestation form must be completed prior to start
- Must complete facility-specific COVID exemption form if requesting religious exemption
- All required documents and certifications must be valid and not expiring within 30 days of start date
Additional Notes
- Hurricane season (June–November) may require assignment to emergency response teams; avoid confirming new or extension contracts during peak months (August and September) if this is a concern
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required
- First-time travelers may be considered ("maybe")
