Schedule

• Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (19:00 - 07:30)
• Includes 2 on-call shifts per month
• Variable days of the week
• No block scheduling accommodation

• Required years of experience: 2 years
• Siemens experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required

Required Licenses and Certifications

• ARRT (R) certification
• Washington State Radiology license
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• Approximately 500 staffed beds
• Scrub color: Any solid color scrubs allowed; light blue scrubs provided on unit
• Charting system: Epic (with hard stops)
• Parking: Onsite parking available with fees; offsite parking with shuttle service on weekdays

Background Checks and Compliance

• 7-year criminal background check required within 45 days of start, including nationwide and sex offender searches
• Education verification required for Med Lab Techs (not applicable here)
• Additional checks: EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, Sex Offender Search, WA WATCH Search
• International background checks if candidate lived outside the U.S. in last 3 years

Required Competencies and Exams

• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam (Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam) required for Radiology/Angio and Interventional Radiology units; must pass with 80% minimum, 2 attempts allowed
• Medication/Pharmacology competency exam required for RNs and LVNs/LPNs (not directly applicable but noted)
• Conscious Sedation Competency Exam may be required depending on sub-specialty (confirm if applicable)

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year prior to start (not required by facility but by agency)
• Mask fit test within 12 months of start (specific mask models required)
• Tdap vaccine within 10 years or declination on file
• Negative TB test (Qgold, Tspot, or 2-step PPD within 90 days) or chest X-ray if positive TB history
• Annual TB questionnaire required
• Immunizations or titers required for: Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Seasonal flu vaccine or declination required during flu season (09/29 - 03/31)
• COVID vaccination or declination required for tracking purposes

Additional Facility-Specific Requirements

• Badge photo meeting professional criteria required
• Completion and signing of facility-specific documents including:

  • License acknowledgment
  • Equipment safety form
  • Health history form
  • Policies and procedures acknowledgment
  • Job description acknowledgment
  • PCIS agreement
  • Personal data form
• WA License Complaint Clearance required for all using a WA State License
• 2 professional references required (no upload needed)
• Background packet including personal data form, national background check form, and other documents must be completed prior to start

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT (R) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Siemens CT equipment experience
