Job Opportunity: Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel/Contract

Location

Ann Arbor, Michigan

Position Details

Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Rotating Days/Nights (3x12 hour shifts)
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Hours per week: 36
Patient Population: Pediatric ECMO patients (stable on ECMO), including congenital heart disease, congenital diaphragmatic hernias, and respiratory failure
Unit: Large volume pediatric and adult ECMO program
Nurse-to-patient Ratios:
- Pediatric circuits: 1:1, occasionally 1:2
- Adult circuits: 1:3 with remote monitoring and rounding care model
Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per 4-week scheduling period
Call: None
Float: None

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Michigan
Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
