Description
Job Opportunity: Technologist - Computed Tomography (CT) / X-Ray
Location: Berlin, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Varied
Job Description
- Perform specialized technical duties including setting up radiography equipment, positioning patients, and acquiring diagnostic radiographs for detection, diagnosis, and evaluation of pathology.
- Work settings include surgery and portable x-ray.
- Patient population ranges from pediatric to geriatric.
- Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color, no denim, closed-toe shoes required.
- Equipment used includes Philips DR room, Siemens Luminos Agile, Fuji DR GO portables, various C-arms (OEC Elite, GE 9900 plus, MiniView, Brivo), Toshiba Prime 80 CT scanner, Meditech RIS, and Fuji Synapse PACS.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT) Certification (must be current and documented)
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- High proficiency in C-Arm, Fluoroscopy, PACS, and IV Placement

- The facility is a general medical and surgical hospital with 25 beds, offering 24/7 emergency care and in-house treatment of most medical issues.
- The region offers abundant outdoor recreational activities year-round, including hiking, cycling, ATV trails, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, canoeing, kayaking, camping, climbing, fishing, and hunting.
- The location is within a one-hour drive of multiple ski areas and major attractions, with access to shopping and cultural events nearby.
This position is ideal for a CT Technologist with acute care experience seeking a temporary assignment in a scenic, outdoor-oriented community.
