Work Schedule
- Flexible scheduling options:
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30 AM–6:00 PM; Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM)
OR - 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (3 days 9:30 AM–6:00 PM; 2 days 7:30 AM–4:00 PM)
- No weekends required
- Hours per week: 40
Patient Population & Setting
- Pediatric outpatient setting
- Patient age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents
- Patient conditions include autism, birth defects, developmental delays, language disorders
- Average visits per day: 9
Documentation & Systems
- Documentation system: Wellsky/Epic
- Billing documentation required: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Medicaid, Plan of Care, Reassessments, SLP Evaluation Coding
Provider Support
- Interpretation services available
- Physical therapy support
- Unit secretary support
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist license in Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association
