Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - MS/Tele Float

Shift Details

Night shift
3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (1900 - 0730)
Total 36 hours per week
Split 12-hour shift into 8 hours in one area and 4 hours in another area (requires good time management skills)

Unit and Patient Population

Float pool covering acute care and telemetry units, including Behavioral Health and Respite
Experience required with Orthopedics, Neurology/Stroke, and Cardiac Telemetry
Ratios approximately 1:4-5

Required Experience and Qualifications

Valid RN license in Washington
Telemetry experience with a minimum of 2 years, including experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ACLS certification
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Proficient in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
Proficiency and experience with peripheral nerve catheters, particularly on high-volume orthopedic floors

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
