Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- 3 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NIHSS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Additional Hiring Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Emergency contact form
- CORI release
- Annual background checks and required registry/search screenings
- Annual pass/fail testing and competency testing
- Color blindness testing before start
- Medication/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit testing for N95 mask
- Tdap vaccination
- TB screening or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B immunity documentation
- 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Annual COVID vaccination or approved exemption
- Annual flu vaccination or approved exemption
- 2 recent work references
Notes for Candidates
- Pass/fail testing includes EKG and medication testing on the first day of orientation.
- Scrubs: any color is acceptable.
