Perfusionist
Location
- Florence, South Carolina
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Travel/contract assignment
Schedule
- Day shift, 5x8s, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
- On-call required
- No floating to other service lines or sister facilities
Required Qualifications
- Perfusionist (2 years of experience)
- Perfusionist experience within the last year
- ABCP
- ACLS
- BLS
Clinical Setting
- Cardiac surgery support role operating heart/lung bypass equipment
- Procedures may include CABG, vascular, neuro, and cases with potential major blood loss
Equipment Experience
- Heart/lung machine
- Quest
- Autotransfusion
- Cardiohelp
- Impella
- IABP
- Other standard perfusion equipment
Additional Requirements
- Radiation badge required and must be provided by the agency
- All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application
- Local candidates are not accepted within a 60-mile radius
Work Environment
- Epic charting
- Scrubs provided
- Parking is free
