Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Ultrasound Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- ARDMS
- ARDMS AB or ARDMS OB/GYN
Relevant Experience
- Trach care
- Cardioversion/defibrillation
- Breathing treatments
- Feeding tube management
- PICC line care
- Rapid infuser use
Assignment Details
- Free-standing emergency department setting
- No respiratory therapy or pharmacy on site
- Approximately 15% pediatric patients
- 24 rooms/beds
- The role includes respiratory therapy duties in the free-standing emergency department
- Sedation procedures and RSI medications may be involved
- Drains, Port-A-Cath/vascular device access and care, syringe pumps, and triple lumen catheter care may be involved
Additional Notes
- Preference is given to experienced travelers
- Candidates from other Providence facilities may be eligible if separated for at least 3 months
- Active compact license is honored at Swedish facilities
