Job Overview

  • Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Patient Care & Work Setting

  • Home visits with periodic office meetings
  • Average daily caseload: 5–6 patients
  • Productivity expectation: minimum 30 points per week
  • Cases include start-of-care and follow-up visits
  • Territory may require travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Delaware
  • Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • Experience working with Adult patients
  • Experience in a Home Health setting
  • Driver's License

Additional Notes

  • Local candidates are accepted
  • Weekend and on-call expectations vary by location and should be confirmed during interview
  • HCHB is the EMR used for this assignment
  • Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
  • No guaranteed hours
  • First-time travelers are not accepted

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.

Cons

Onboarding is somewhat tedious, but they do dot every "i" and cross every T.
