Role Summary
- Provides nursing care with a focus on assessing and monitoring medical and psychiatric needs.
- Coordinates healthcare appointments and follow-ups.
- Delegates medication administration and nursing tasks to direct support staff.
- Maintains, reviews, and audits medical records.
- Includes an on-call rotation every 3rd week, mainly by phone.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- 1 year of Med Surg experience
- Skilled Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
- Occasional kneeling, climbing, stooping, crouching, and balancing.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs independently, push/pull up to 40 lbs of force, and safely transfer up to 50 lbs.
