Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Wisconsin
- Radiation Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist
- ARRT (T)
- BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association

- Equipment used: Elekta Versa HD with Hexapod Table Top and Vision RT
- Scrubs: Ceil Blue
- Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
- First-time travelers accepted
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- 7-year background check, including SS trace, county searches for the last 7 years of locations lived/worked/in school, nationwide search, and sex offender search
- Wisconsin Caregiver Search Results
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity by positive titer or 2 vaccines
- Hepatitis B titer, series, or declination
- Negative 10-panel drug screen with expanded opiates within 14 days before start
- Flu vaccine or approved exemption during flu season
- 2 professional references verified within 2 years of start

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful.
