Registered Nurse — Operating Room
Location

Role Summary
- Operating room nurse role with primarily circulating duties
- Patient population: pediatric to adult
- Covers labor and delivery for C-sections
- Surgical specialties include all except cardiac and ophthalmology
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS
- Travel experience
- Vascular Surgery experience
- Orthopedic Surgery experience
- Trauma experience
- Urology experience
- ENT Surgery experience
- Experience with Epic
Compliance / Onboarding Requirements
- Negative 14-panel drug screen or higher
- Completion of one of the following training options for onboarding and clearance: Welle, CPI, or PMCS
- Current Nursys
- Work history
- Skills checklist current within 1 year
- One supervisory signed reference from within the past 2 years
- Permanent address must be included and match driver license or state ID
Additional Notes
- Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload
- COVID vaccination is encouraged but not required
- Travelers from certain New York counties are not considered for this assignment
