Schedule
- Night shift, 3x12 hours
- 36 hours per week
- Weekend requirement: 8 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule period
Assignment Details
- Inpatient rehab primary unit
- May float to other units based on greatest need, including ED for inpatient holds
- Average daily census: 10
- Patient ratio: 1:6 on all shifts
- 12 beds/rooms
- First-time travelers accepted
- No on-call requirement
- RTO limit: no more than 7 days
- Guaranteed hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Missouri
- Rehabilitation (2 years of experience)
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Clinical Focus

Key Skills
- Blood glucose monitoring and insulin protocols
- Feeding tube and NG/PEG tube care
- Foley catheter removal
- Blood and blood product administration

- IV starts and venous blood draws
- Anticoagulation therapy
- Stroke and seizure care
- Mobility, assistive devices, and transfer support
- Wound care and pressure injury prevention
- Oxygen, CPAP/BiPap, suctioning, and nebulizer support
