Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
- NRP
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule / Assignment Details
- Work week runs Wednesday through Tuesday
- Overtime and holiday pay are 1.5x
- Callback pay is 1.5x, with a minimum of 2 hours for callback services
- Unbillable orientation: 0 hours
- Cancellation policy allows 3 shifts to be canceled per 13 weeks
- Local candidates within 60 miles are accepted, with a lower rate

Marigold is polite and professional. She goes above and beyond to ensure the contractor is well informed and has everything needed to be successful. She helped me with onboarding and getting used to the timesheet app and she answers my texts promptly, even after hours. She is a great recruiter liason. Gladys was a super helpful with onboarding and Denise will hook you up with benefits with no trouble at all. Great team to work with.
