Overview
- Location: Bonners Ferry, Idaho
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Schedule: Six on, eight off
Contract Length
- 24 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Idaho
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
Required Health Documentation
- Fit mask documentation completed within 1 year of start and updated annually
- Tetanus vaccination within the past 10 years
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 2 months of start
- Measles immunity documentation
- Mumps immunity documentation
- Rubella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity documentation or declination
- Varicella immunity documentation
- Negative 9-panel drug screen including fentanyl within 1 year of start
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
Facility-Specific Documents
- User Acceptable Use Agreement, signed within 24 hours of contract signing
- Confidentiality Agreement
- Express Education Acknowledgment
